Order Processing
- All orders are processed within [1–3] business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
- Processing time may be extended during high-volume periods (such as sales, launches, or holidays).
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
USPS is our main shipping carrier, and the shipping delivery timespan will rely solely on them. Estimated delivers for USPS Ground could vary between 2-5 business days after processing. Please be sure to check the tracking number for updates.
Priority Mail can vary from 2-3 business days after processing.
Priority Mail Express can vary from 1-3 days.
UPS is also available at checkout.
*PLEASE NOTE that as postage continuously increases each year, we will also make minor increases to help offset the differences in cost. We appreciate your understanding.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to become available.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for:
- Orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Packages returned to us due to address errors (reshipping fees may apply)
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If this occurs:
- File a claim with the shipping carrier

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.
