Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Freedom Collections. We take pride in the quality of our skincare products and your satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
Returns:
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on items that have been opened or used.
However, if you receive a product that is:
- Damaged during shipping
- Incorrect (wrong item sent)
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
Return requests made after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.
Refunds (If Applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund is approved.
If approved:
- A refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
If your refund is denied, we will provide a reason and return the product to you (if applicable).
Exchanges (If Applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at Kathysconyershill@gmail.com.
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Opened or used skincare products
- Gift cards
- Sale or promotional items
Shipping Returns:
If your items are approved for return, we will send you return instructions via email.
Please do not send your purchase back without first contacting us and receiving return authorization.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
